OUR FOOTBALLERS AMONG THE BEST IN OUR REGION
2nd November our football team concluded school autumn season in a regional mini football round. Good news is that we were successful in the tournament in Příbram!
At the beginning of the tournament we surprised fans twice. Firstly we played an excellent match with home football school Příbram – tournament favourite and we draw 1:1. Four minutes before the end of the match we almost won because of a goal scored by Lukáš Zach. However every match can be totally different. We played a lucklaster performance against the 2nd Primary School Rakovník and lost 0:1. As we won other two matches 3:1 (with Velim) and 4:0 (with Poděbrady), we deservedly advanced to semifinals.
We played against Kostelecká Primary School Brandýs and we lost 0:3 which sent us to fight for the third position.This time we played very well and responsibly and came third because of our victory with Jesenice 1:0.
We are very happy to be on a podium. Congratulations!
